Dorset Magic Media is a not for profit venture, developed to assist in the development, promotion, and delivery of voluntary and charitable organisations in the county of Dorset. Successful organisations working to further good causes need to operate in a professional and business like way. The cause can be greatly enhanced with the aid of professional marketing and public relations support, maximizing the returns on investment of peoples time effort and money. Set up eight years again Dorset Magic Media has been able to assist a wide range of individuals and organsiations with their marketing needs. This work has included web site design, preparation of marketing and business plans, design and development of quality powerpoint presentations, specially written music, soundtracks and logo design.

Material supplied

All material supplied must have copyright clearance, this includes images, music and text. Images that have been copy and pasted from the web, will be assumed as not having copyright permission unless otherwise stated and therefore will not be used. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all material supplied does not infringe and copyright or trademark or is subject to intellectual property rights. In using Dorset Magic customer agree to this.

Timescale's

Although every effort will be made to give and achieve time scales, Dorset Magic is a hobby venture and is undertaken when time permits, therefore we cannot give a guarantee time scale. If you are seeking a contractually binding deadline then do not use our services.

Web hosting and domain names

Customers are responsible for all web hosting and domain names - and must ensure that they do not infringe trademark. In addition customers will be required purchase their own web space and be responsible for any annual charges. We can supply a list of hosting companies if required but customers will be required to deal directly with them. To upload a web site we will require any usernames and passwords supplied but once we have uploaded your site we always advise that you change your password, keeping you in control. We also will provide you with a copy of your site for your own management together with a list of FTP software.

That we provide support based on over 25 years of working in the community , and where appropriate will advise customers to seek additional professional advise, where we advise such - we will not continue with work until such times as the advise has been sought.
